Excellent quality vanilla beans. Package is vacuum sealed and when you open it up the smell of fresh whole vanilla beans fills the air. The beans are dried but still moist enough to work with very easily. If you want them dryer, just hang them out for a while in a safe drying area. These beans are beautiful in color, size and shape and are free of abrasions. We have made vanilla extract, paste and syrup from these beans as well as french vanilla ice cream and every time we get the best vanilla flavoring in all of our goods. Bought these for my Ma and these are really nice. Fragrant and plump. Before summer is over, I'm going to use a couple of these to make some vanilla ice cream in the old school crank freezer. I like that these are organic, should be fantastic for whatever cooking needs you may have. Was on sale at the time, great price. These are NOT cheap at the health food store, much better deal her for 50 beans.

Love these Vanilla beans for my homemade vanilla extract. They are so fresh and smell so good when you open the sealed package. So potent with smell and flavor!
