Missing a part
I am very happy with the product and it works very well! They did Supply one hand grip wrap around for one of the pieces but the other one was missing that hand grip which does not affect the use of the product. I have used it several times now and they work perfectly. Since they come as a two-piece set it would have been nice to have just one carrying container for both instead of two separate. But either way it's nice to have a storage for them. They were delivered in a timely fashion right when I needed them.

No covers
Like the other reviewer said, this does NOT come with the protective covers shown in the photos. Shipped in two individual cardboard boxes in some bubble wrap. The boxes were wrapped in a plastic bag so it would arrive as one unit. Half of the set screws are flat out missing and the rest were loose in the box. I will probably return this seam setter because I hate false advertisement.

The product is very good but the protective covers didn’t come with my items.

Do not buy
The suction cups do not hold. I have actually gotten on top of the counter and sat on them while someone else hit them with a rubber mallet to get them to stick. The right angle part will not stay either. I made a jig to keep them from springing. You are better off getting regular glass cups and a clamp that pushes or pulls.
