I purchased a laptop screen extender from this company a little over a year ago, and recently the cord broke. Even though my warranty had just expired, their team didn’t hesitate—they immediately offered to send me a replacement cord at no cost. That kind of service is rare these days. I initially had the BOSII S1-dual to add one extra screen to my laptop. I was used to having three screens when working in my office, but figured I would be okay with just two when traveling to schools. It definitely made things easier, worked very well, and probably would have been fine for whatever years I have left before retirement . However, I was asked where I got it which is what prompted updating to the two screen extension. I looked on Amazon to provide an administrator with the information and noticed the S8 Pro-triple was $100 off the regular price. Ugh. Could not resist. I absolutely love it and I am so happy I upgraded! It seems lighter than my other single screen extender and comes with several different cords to find the right configuration for your computer. Very easy to use. Clear screen picture. I have already had several people ask where they can get one and have only had it a couple of days. I would have given it 4 1/2 stars with 1/2 off because I am not yet sure how durable it will be. However, based on the short time I have used it, I would highly recommend it.

This screen extender works well with my 13 inch Macbook Air. It was very easy to set up and start using right away.

Already stopped working and I bought it less than a year ago. It constantly disconnects from my laptop and the screen turns black and then takes a few minutes to reconnect. Don't waste your money and invest in something better. Very disappointed.

I purchased this monitor after trying out several different brands that did not work with two different laptops, one a 15" and the other a 17". I needed a product that worked with both. This monitor does work with a 17" monitor, which was hard to find in the market of portable screens!!!!! On one laptop, I have to use the USB-C cord while the other machine uses the USB-A and HDMI cables. When this device works, it works well, and the portability is perfect as I work from home, and I like to change my location throughout the house instead of staying at my desk! Unfortunately, the USB-C cable that the machine comes with stopped functioning. Who thought it was a good idea to bend the one part of the cord that plugs in; the bending makes it fall out of the machine, especially if you are sitting it on a desk???!!!!!! The cord gets bumped because of the design, and the monitor turns off, or it goes in and out a lot. I have to keep trying to push it in, and eventually it just stopped working. I have contacted BOSCII support, and I will update my review when they respond. I bought the monitor almost a year ago, so I have very mixed thoughts about the quality of the product and whether it will stand the test of time. For the price I paid last year, I expected more! As far as the functionality, when it works, it works well and does what it needs to do. I create content, so having two screens helps immensely. It's not too heavy, so my laptop screen doesn't bend backward from the weight of the monitor; I don't have to use the kickstand included on the back of the device. The picture quality is serviceable; it displays well, but it doesn't look like 1080p/2k/4k, so if you are big on that, skip this monitor. The biggest drawback is the sound- when you plug in the monitor and play any videos or music from your machine, the sound routes through the monitor, and the sound quality is poor. There is a way to disconnect it, but the button for the menu to turn it off functions poorly and is confusing to navigate. BOSCII, it's ok to make one or two more buttons, like a left or right arrow, to navigate through the settings.

Absolutely perfect! This extension monitor is exactly what I was looking for. It's lightweight and flexible, without the bulkiness of other models. It arrived nicely packaged, which was a great first impression. I have had it for a few months now, and no issues at all. The good: • The monitor is incredibly lightweight and doesn't add any extra weight. • The screen quality is excellent, very bright and clear. • The plug-and-play setup is super easy, with connectivity options through a Type-C cable or HDMI. • It includes all necessary accessories, making it convenient right out of the box. • The screen size is perfect for multitasking, enhancing productivity. • The screen case folds up to protect the monitor, and the additional carrying case with a side pocket for cables is a thoughtful touch. • It's easy to travel with, which I do often. • Fantastic value for the price. The not so good: • Attaching the monitor to the back of the laptop can be a bit awkward initially.

I work from home and sometimes move around, and needed to extend my monitor but without taking a huge external monitor but this saved me, wherever I move, I just plug and extend to another monitor, it's so easy, portable and lightweight, it's awesome. The setup was pretty easy, and followed the instruction without any issue. It has made in a way that can fit to any size of laptop, it has got adjustable flap to fit any laptop and it can support up to 180 degree of rotation which is really good when you want to turn around etc. In regards to the quality, it's high definition which is 1080 resolution IPS screen, we can adjust the brightness, etc. Played some videos and it shows clear crystal and even better than my laptop. It's has got its own small speaker if needed. It has 3 kind of cables which should work with any laptop, my laptop is old and worked without any issue. It came with a carrying case with pocket which fits all the cables and very protective case. The quality of built is great, when you touch and feel, it's made out of great material, and looks solid. The price is very reasonable and recommend it.
