My job is computers, my learning is computers and my social and down time is computers do you can imagine what my headaches are like. These glasses are amazing, everything looked and felt fresher as soon as I started using them. I can wear them over the top of my distance glasses when watching the telly or gaming. Big thumbs up from me

Good for the money
These offer an alternative to the more expensive blue light glasses. As someone who works with computers all the time, they are a must at night, the only downside is that I fall asleep a bit too quick :) I guess that's the point.
