This is very good quality kasoori methi and although I thought the bottle seemed small it’s packed very full with product so it lasts a long time! The leaves are also mostly whole which retains the aroma/flavour better. You can easily pinch some out and crush it between your hands to sprinkle over your food at the end.

I acknowledge that we all have different reactions to different products, so have given 3 stars to indicate that the product is not necessarily to blame, here, but thought it important to warn people about the effects.Following non medical advice to drink Fengreek tea to help clear congestion in my lungs, I made a very weak tea out of these leaves, left it to steep for 5 minutes and drank it. About an hour later I experienced, tremors, breathlessness and an increased heart rate, which would indicate a pretty sharp drop in blood sugar levels. I felt very poorly and scared. The general feeling of malaise lasted for about an hour until I ate something. I'm writing this to warn people that the negative side effects of herbal remedies are a real possibility, and that because things are natural does not mean they are safe. Always consult a doctor before taking them.

Delicious spice. I made Butter Chickpeas by Vegan Richa and it turned out wonderfully. Perfection 👍 would buy this brand again.

I made Butter Chicken with the leaves and it was perfect.When you open the bottle you can smell the freshness.
