what is the difference in instaflex and instaflex advanced?

Instaflex Advanced is one capsule per day, while the other is 3 capsules per day. Also, the Instaflex Advanced just seemed to work better for me and it really does work well. It shocked me actually as I have tried everything. It took about a little more than a month to kick in, but one day I found myself walking 6 miles quite comfortably. Given that I am scheduled for a total knee replacement, that is saying something.

Is this product soy free?

Yes. Shellfish is in InstaFlex. not InstaFlex Advanced

Does any one have arthritist or bone on bone on knee? Did it work?

I have bone on bone both knees and dr wanted me to do knee replacements. After studying many reviews I tried Flexacil Ultra. Only $22. The knife like pains keeping me awake at night disappeared. The only time I experience knee pain now is if I forget to take the pills for a few days. Now I make sure I stay stocked
