Excellent Bike at a Great PriceโPerfect for My Son!
This bike turned out to be an amazing deal! My son loves riding it and itโs quickly become his favorite way to get around the neighborhood. It feels well-built and sturdy, and putting it together was straightforward. The price was unbeatable for the quality, and seeing how much my son enjoys it makes it all the more worth it. Iโm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to other parents looking for a quality bike at a great price.

Good Quality Bike, but Shipping Needs Improvement
I want to give an honest review of this bike. In terms of quality, itโs actually very good for the price ๏ผ solid build and looks great. However, the buying and assembly process didnโt go very smoothly. When the package arrived, the box was damaged, which caused a small scratch on the seat. A few small parts were also missing. None of these were huge issues, but it was supposed to be a birthday gift for my son, so it was a bit disappointing. After contacting Amazon customer service, they offered me some compensation, which I really appreciate. Overall, Iโm still satisfied with the bikeโs quality, and my son loves it. I just hope they improve the packaging in the future to avoid unnecessary problems for customers.

Completely Fell Apart
I don't normally post negative reviews because I'm a 'benefit of the doubt' type of person, but this experience has been rough - especially for the money, time, and research that went into the purchase. I got this for my son for Christmas. I assembled it by the book. Each word and picture carefully reviewed. The first issue that we had was the handlebars (and stem) were not connecting to the front wheel. There appeared to be some kind of disconnect between the two parts. The handlebars can be attached to the stem via the front stem clamp, but the stem just spins on the pole, and the handlebars turn loosely in either direction. The stem can also be easily removed by lifting it off of the pole. There is no communication with the front wheel. I reached out for assistance but never heard anything back. I tightened everything the best that I could after referencing the manual again. We could tell something was off but since the handlebars were communicating with the front wheel again, he decided to carefully continue riding it to school. A couple days later I get a call to pick him up because the handlebars had completely disconnected from the bike and along with it some additional parts scattered to the ground. At this point, we feel it is beyond repair. This is my sons FIRST bike. He just learned to ride, he's careful, he doesn't do tricks or BMX. So, I'm at a loss. We loved the bike and thought it looked really cool, but it only lasted for a hand full of rides.

Nice Bike, Great Customer Service
This is a great bike for kids. Very pleased with the quality of the build; all parts seem well made and assembled. Relatively easy setup for someone who knows nothing about bikes. Even better than the bike is the customer service. The carrier mangled the box in which our bike was shipped and the front wheel arrived bent. I reached out to Retrospec via Amazon and very quickly received a reply. They asked that I send a few photos for validation, which I did, and again heard back very quickly that they would ship a replacement. We had it in hand a few days later. Not always common to find super friendly and responsive support. Thank you again!

Great wife bike
My petite wife wanted a bike without spending a lot of money so she could ride while I take my daily walk. She has great good fun on it. It fit all her anticipated needs. But she has not ridden a lot and does struggle with hills, I wish I had ignored her and gotten an ebike so she can keep up when I ride mine for trips to the store or other adventures. If a non-ebike fits your needs and 200# limit works for you, this one is perfectly cromulent and at the very reasonable price was a good way to see if she really wanted a bike. Took it camping and she zipped around the flat state park and was very happy.
