The product was ok. The metal clips don’t lock in the rods very well and it didn’t come with a cover. I used drop cloth plastic. Served its purpose

Great hoop kit for raised beds
This hoop kit was perfectly at home holding a shade cloth over my leafy raised bed (lettuce and leafy greens), the high altitude sun tends to burn lettuce in my area. The hoops are sturdy once linked with cloth. Assembly is simple as everything slips together without too much resistance. The fiberglass rods will easily last multiple seasons, I'm not sure the plastic connectors have the same lifespan but time will tell. I would like these hoops to be a little longer but that is a minor concern, the hoops are plenty long for the plants but getting under them can be a chore for me as I'm very tall. Overall these are a perfect addition to garden spaces that need protection from sun, insects or birds - basically every garden everywhere.

Inexpensive and easy to assemble.
Inexpensive so if you're not looking for a durable garden frame and just need something to get by, then this is a good deal. There are many small connecting pieces, but the quality is not great. The fiberglass rods have a plastic casing on them so that should help to prevent splinters. I do advise that you wear gloves when handling these as I would with any fiberglass. There is no fabric provided but that was clear when I placed the order. There are green clips for securing plastic or fabric but are thin plastic that I would expect to last 1 season but no longer than that. The metal connectors are very thin and will likely rust quickly unless you paint them to last longer. This is a good starter kit or for a small bed and with a little extra effort could last more than 1 season.

Sturdy Garden Hoops with Minor Weak Points
The OOTONAT Garden Hoops for Raised Beds are a solid choice for creating protective tunnels over garden beds. I primarily use these hoops for bug netting and bird netting to keep my cats and chickens out of my beds. As expected, they do not come with any cover materials, but that was clear from the product description. The fiberglass poles feel solid and durable, and the clips included for holding the covering are a nice touch. However, the metal tubes that connect the rods feel a bit cheap and thin. I suspect these tubes may be the weak link in the system. The spikes that hold the poles in the ground are more robust and should last at least a few seasons. Even if they fail, the poles can be stuck directly into the dirt, so it's not a huge loss. The setup process is straightforward, and once assembled, the hoops provide a reliable structure for various types of netting or covers. They have been effective in keeping pests and animals out of my garden beds. The system feels secure and stable, though I'm cautious about the longevity of the connecting tubes.Overall, the OOTONAT Garden Hoops are a good investment for any gardener looking to protect their plants. The sturdy poles and practical design make them useful for a variety of applications, and despite some concerns about the metal connectors, they have performed well so far. With a bit of reinforcement or careful handling, these hoops should serve their purpose effectively for several seasons.

Works perfect
The hoops works great on protecting the vegetable garden from critters. They are easy to put together and sturdy. It holds the netting well, just what I need to protect the strawberries too. Will buy another set for the new planter.

Not much flex
When assembled I think it could be a sturdy frame. There are 36 fiberglass rods (each one is 17" long and encased in flexible tubes to add perhaps a bit of softness), 30 rod connectors (2¼" long), 24 rod clips to hold the covering in place and 12 plastic ground stakes (3¾" long). The included pieces are enough to make 6 complete hoops. The instructions say you can adjust the height and shape to accommodate your needs but there is very little flex so unsure if you can get enough bend to create narrower rows, especially if using less rods. The connectors are 2¼" long but because of the way they're made the rods can only be inserted ¼" on both ends because dimples in the metal prevent them from going any further. Some of my rods fit more snug than others so I'd be concerned with getting this thing partially formed into a hoop and then having one of the ends slip causing it to spring back. I may try flattening the 2 end dimples so I can insert them a bit more to make them more secure and stable. The rods slip into the ground sticks almost 2" which is nice but if you have real soft soil unsure if the ground stakes will hold being they're not super long. I obviously won't have need for this until perhaps the fall when the frost begins to hit so we'll see how it works then. All in all I think it is constructed well but it might take a few tweaks.

really helps in the heat of summer
Lemme just tell you this saved my garden. I split them in to two 4 foot sections to cover multiple beds and then threw shade cloth over them. It's not pretty but I think it is the difference between my garden surviving or not surviving. Thankful to have it. They were easy to put together and they have stayed upright through a couple summer storms too. I'll disassemble and store them for the winter and save them for next year. Definitely recommend these and a good shade cloth.
