With a little more time and consideration, this would be better.
Two issues:1. Ben writes in the same vein as Cosmopolitan Magazine. Everything is in your face with outlandish statements posing as fact. When you read through the chapter he does explain things in more detail and essentially comes to tell you that while the title he gave the chapter is not really true, it sort of is, some of the time, in certain situations with a lot of caveats. Though he obviously knows his nutritional and exercise science it appears that somewhere along the line someone told him "If you write with scientific accuracy and objectivity everyone will get bored and never read your work, instead make it huge! outlandish! and audacious!"2. The shear number of obvious spelling, grammar, and formatting errors in this work is staggering. Books like this are the reason why when you tell someone you self published a work they give you a look like "Oh I thought you ACTUALLY published something, self publishing isn't REAL."

Lots of Information!
I was given this book as a gift and was surprised at how much information was packed in this book. I thought I would just skim it and then found myself drawn in. It contained many links for futher study. I enjoyed Ben's conversational style, it makes for an enjoyable read while learning valuable information.

Very useful
Despite being rather short, this book has radically changed the way I train. Gels and potions have been consigned to the bin to be replaced by real foods and IF. A useful resource.

Worth it
Well written, kept simple and easy to understand and points out the basic flaws with the rubbish you are told far too often
