These plates are excellent for either posh disposable party plates for a gathering or just to come in useful for extra spare plates that can be reused (within reason). I find them good for the kids food if they are having a quick easy tea but I think these will come into their own during BBQ season when we have a bit of a family get-together.You get 25 plates in the pack and at the current price point of £13.99, this works out to about 56p per plate, which isn't too bad considering you can wash and re-use. I've disposed of some after use as they had lots of messy foods on them, and also washed a good few, and can say they wash fine in some warm soapy water, so this is the preferred option.The plates are really quite sturdy and certainly won't bend like paper plates can when loaded with food. I think they would be a good choice for wedding buffets etc as would be a posh alternative to the usual.Of course, the fact they are 100% biodegradable is a big plus. I like these and would recommend if you don't mind the price tag.

These are perfect plates for home or entertaining, superb quality, clean, fresh and ready for instant use and can be reused if treated with care.The durability of these Palm Leaf plates is second to none, and by far exceeds my expectations.Re-useable, biodegradable, durable, sturdy and aesthetically pleasing.These Palm leaf plates are a great alternative to plastic or paper plates and are now my new favourite go-to when it comes to entertaining.So much so, that I will never be returning to single-use plastic.They are strong and durable and will hold a plate full of food without the fear of it ending up on the floor.In addition to all the above, they are also completely natural, sturdy and biodegradable, reducing the environmental impact, and therefore moving us closer to a greener environment.They are sustainably sourced, water and heat-resistant, microwave and freezer-safe, and can be used to serve wet, dry, and oily food since they are made from tough, heat-pressed palm leaves. They can therefore be a very versatile addition to any event, food stand, or buffet.I’m delighted with these plates and will return to order another soon.Free from toxins and harsh chemicals, these plates are a delight and will stand up to almost any foodstuff.It is elegant, durable, and great for home use or entertaining.To conclude, these are a great solution for sustainable food presentation and service, they can be wiped clean and reused, for dry products, or used with greaseproof paper to line and reuse multiple times.I’m over the moon with these plates and thank you for a great product!

This is a set of 25 wood/palm leaf plates with 25cm x 25 cm size. They are average quality and the look & feel is different in each item. I would be happier if all items looked similar and like the photos in the listing. However most of them are not like those.Also they are thin to me and not as strong and sturdy as it is stated in the listing. Still acceptable and usable but I do not think they will have a long life time.Note that this is a Vine review for the item sent for free to review. Please do your own research and judgement on the price.

Great plates for use with BBQ or making meals without wanting to use a normal plate. Always looks great when doing things like fish & chips or burger & chips.Very lightweight and easy to clean to reuse.Good for the environment as they are sustainable.Very durable.Great value for money.Definitely recommend.

Beautiful plates!I think what I like about these the most is that each of them are different, the coloring is absolutely gorgeous. You can see nature in them. They are incredibly sturdy and stylish and will make my catering look great. They are made of palm leaf so you know if they can withstand nature they will be fine for a bit of Caribbean cooking! They are also apparently microwave and freezer safe. I think would use to display food on so that people can help themselves, rather than as a plate. Whatever and however you want to use them, you can do so with style! Just love that they are so renewable and natural much better for the planet than all those plastic plates! Should finally add tha they are fantastic value for money, I would have paid twice as much.

This is a fantastic set of 25 palm leaf plates. The quality is excellent and the plates are very strong, durable and sturdy. The palm leaf gives them a premium look and feel and they are also a decent size (25 cms x 25 cms). These square dishes are suitable to hold hot and cold food as well as liquids such as gravy. They would make an ideal piece of tableware at parties and barbeques with the added benefit of being disposable as well as biodegradable and sustainable. Depending on what is eaten in them they could also be washed and reused. These are much better than ordinary paper plates and the curved lip around the edge of the plates makes them suitable to hold a good amount of food without spillage.
