Does it really help with eliminating inder arm odor?

I haven’t had an issue with that. I’ve been using it for about a month. Hope this helps.

does it leave white underarm marks/ balls?

If you put it on heavy it can, but you want to apply a thin even coat. Doing so will not result in the the white marks you described. This is a good product for those that have developed skin irritation issues.

How well does this work for sweating? I use secret clinical now and still sweat!

I live in Florida, so if I'm outside, it's impossible to avoid sweating in our daily 90+-degree humid weather. But there's no odor, so I'd say the Vanicream is doing the job it was meant to do. I use all Vanicream products (recommended by my dermatologist) including moisturizers, body lotions, facial wash, etc. One note -- I DO NOT like the Vanicream "Deodorant" without the anti-perspirant because it goes on wet and doesn't dry quickly. The product I use says "Anti-Perspirant-Deodorant." Twice Amazon sent me the "Deodorant" when I ordered Anti-Perspirant-Deodorant. I was not required to send it back and finally was able to get the right product.
