Fiber Choice Bone Health Daily Prebiotic Fiber Chewable Tablets with Calcium & Vitamin D, Assorted Berry, 90 Count

This is an amazing product, super helpful to go to the bathroom! I do need them, when I travel without them it is painful, so now I bring them everywhere I go. My body needs fiber support even if I try to also eat fiber in the food I need an extra push with this Fiber tablet. They are also tasty.

Amazon delivered this product fast, it tastes great (chewables), you get 90 tabs, and Doctors'/Scientists' say, "Over 95% of us do not get enough fiber (25-30 grams a day) in our diets", so this is a great source of fiber/calcium/ D vitamins.

I use this daily but for some reason, can't find it in my local stores anymore. It's the best fiber supplement that works for me. So happy to find it here! No problem at all with delivery!

Not particularly cheap, it has a pleasant flavor, but leaves a gritty film in my mouth. I couldn't find the Original Flavor version of this on Amazon, which is my first choice, and lacks that gritty film. This version isn't nearly as nice. It seems to "work" as well as the original, though. The delivery was quick, all the tablets in the bottle are intact.

My doctor recommended I take Calcium supplements for my bones but I avoided doing so for the longest due to Calcium causing constipation (for me anyway). I saw these tablets and decided to try the because the combination of fiber with the Calcium might offset the constipation. Sure enough, it is perfect for my problem. I get my daily dose of Calcium with no bowel problems. These are also sugar free so they won't affect my blood sugar. Thanks for a good product Fiber Choice. I definitely recommend these tables.
