If you are looking for something that can keep your insulin cool for more than 4-5 hours at max, I wouldn’t recommend this for you.I tested it with the two ice packs that were included with the product, but it wouldn’t last 5-6 hours in hot weather. I tested it in my home where it is cold now in winter, and after 8 hours it was almost room temperature. This is with the two ice packs! If it was one ice pack, it wouldn’t even last this much, i think will keep it though and use it as an insulin case, but not as a cooler.

How many Zepbound or Wegovy Pens Fit
I was looking for a case to use during long travel days. I didn't see where anyone had posted what actually fits in this very functional and affordable case so I decided to post what I have found here.Zepbound pensWith one or both gel coolers inserted: 3 BUT it is a tight fit either way and I didn't test whether 3 fit if the packs are frozen.Without the jell cooler you can squeeze (and I do mean squeeze) 4 Zepbound pens into the case.Wegovy pens:With both gel coolers pack: 5 fit (although very tight so if the packs are frozen all 5 might not fit.With 1 or no gel pack: 6 pens fitNOTE: the wide end of the Zepbound pen ripped the mesh from the bottom of the case so I suggest NOT shoving the wide end into the pocket - just lay it on top of the mesh.Inside the case there is elastic that will hold the pens in place - a very nice touch.

Good and not so good
I ordered this to hold my pens in to keep them cool while traveling. The little ice packs worked great for the first few trips but this last one they just seemed to dry out. I would put them in the freezer for a few hours to get cold before leaving otherwise they stayed with the case. I had to find something else to use on short notice because I thought this would be fine but unfortunately it wasn't. I would say it did the job it was supposed to but didn't hold up for very long. The case is great, the ice packs not so much.
