I'm happy I chose this item
I've been relying on the local hardware for three years and replacing it pretty much annually...I live in a tropical paradise surrounded by ocean but the salt air plays havoc with anything metal...it simply rusts away. The brass fittings on this unit are of good quality and I'm looking forward to NOT having to purchase and reinstall things nearly as often. The unit I purchase included a 30/50 pressure sensor. The cut out actually occurred at 40 PSI so I did need to make a small adjustment but I am very happy with my purchase.

Nice kit
Parts seem to be well made. Assembled and installed without issue. Teflon tape roll was crushed so bad it was unusable. Would have been nicer to include a ck valve.
