We weren't after the glasses or wand, they were a bonus. Glasses and wand are plastic and a little bulky, but ok. We really wanted the robe, scarf and tie. These are well made and really good value for money. There is even a wand pocket inside the robe!! The tie and scarf are great and have the Griffindor crest on. So good to have sizes to chose from. This item either has a manufacturing quality issue or from an alternative universe.At first glance it looks like a Gryffindor logo cloak has been provided.Closer inspection shows that it is a Hufflepuff logo in the Gryffindor colours.So if you're from the Huffindor or Gryfflepuff house go for it.Otherwise stay away.

The cape was really well made and had embroidary emblems on the cape and scarf. World book day went down well -

Lovely set with accessories to complete the look.Reasonable quality for photos and cosplay.Not very heavy even at over a metre in length.Easy to wear and care, been through wash twice and still in colour and shape.Generous hood to be hidden if need be.Reasonable at just under £22.

This costume is a really good. It's true to size (I ordered a medium), looks fantastic and the material is good quality. It looks and feels exceptionally well made and, best of all, there's real embroidery on the cloak which is lovely. The scarf is actually knitted too (and not a piece of cheap polyester cloth as is the case with many HP dress up kits) which is fantastic. The attention to detail is superb and really sets this dress up outfit apart. Oh and the glasses are made of thick plastic and are proper frames so they stay on your face!The only bad thing about this costume is the wand. While it's a nice size and a nice weight it looks very cheap and the colours are boring. A bit of paint would go a long way. Still, it's not like you're doing real magic so I suppose it doesn't matter too much.Otherwise 5 stars. This is excellent.

The tie and scarf are the right colour, however the robe is ment to be yellow and it is more like a muddy green and the badge is red when it is ment to be yellow as i ordered the Hufflepuff set.
