I saw other comments mentioning this as well - this is really a great product. Heat and vibration are one of the major benefits of normal scraping. I even think it is very suitable for small massages.

Ok for relieving minor eye tension or upper neck tension. Doesn’t get as warm as a heating pad, but not too bad on the highest setting. Vibration mode is very weak. Less than my cell phone on silent mode.

The warming effect was actually very pleasant. However you cannot turn the light off and that actually cause my skin to burn. I wish there was an option to turn off the red light. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s a good tool.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: I mentioned in my first review that my unit had no vibration but I still gave 4 stars overall. The next time I took it out to use it, I couldn't get it to work at all. No heat, No red light, No vibration. I thought maybe it lost it's charge, so I plugged it in and it had one flashing light for a little while and then turned off. I thought maybe I bumped it and it lost connection, so I unplugged and plugged it in again. The same thing happened, one flashing charge indicator and after a few short minutes it turned off completely. It's pretty, but I can no longer recommend this product due to its instability and ultimately, its total lack of performance. ************************************* I gave 4 Stars based on the design and intended function, in spite of the fact that I cannot detect any vibration. Based on other reviews I can assume that my unit is defective. Everything else appears to work as described. When I unpacked my unit I tried to turn it on and nothing happened. I scanned through the instruction pamphlet and learned that it requires a long press on the power button to activate the On/Off feature. It was easier to press with my thumbnail than with the pad of a finger or thumb. Once it was On, I experimented with changing the heat levels, and even on the lowest setting I could feel a nice warmth against my skin. I then tried (unsuccessfully), to activate the vibration mode. I search the Instructions and looked online for troubleshooting tips but didn’t find anything helpful. I moved on to searching for How To tutorials and experimented with different angles on my face and neck. I found that the stone (likely molded plastic) glided smoothly across my face which was still well moisturized from few hours earlier. When I moved to the back of my neck, which was not moisturized, it didn’t stick or stutter at all but did not glide quite as well as on my face. The unit is just smaller than an average size beverage coaster. It fits comfortably in my small hands. The surface is really smooth and the shape makes it easy to maneuver. The design is attractive from the winter white case with its mirror-like reflective accent to the clear cover that protects the gray/black stone. The soft gray velveteen drawstring bag will protect it from scratches and the outside can be used to polish away fingerprints. The USB cord is generous in length. I think this is a great little gadget and I’m looking forward, with consistent use 2-3x weekly, to seeing results.

Easy to use So far, it does. I've only been using it for a few days, but it seems like my skin looks smoother after using it, which I can only imagine over time.

A wonder tool to have. Very relaxing and helps with stress and wrinkles. Highly advised to make this purchase.
