It’s slim, but it's a bit too large to use for carrying a few pills in my purse as a backup. It would be great as a weekly pill case in addition to a travel case if you need enough meds for a few days or more. The mirror is large and clear, which is nice for travel as well.I have a large two week pill case (day/eve), but I like this enough that I'm thinking about getting three more and using them to replace my ugly plastic case, especially since there's two new designs I really like.

I ordered the purple butterfly design pill organizer for when I travel. I have a small pill container for my purse but it is too small to hold enough for more than a 3 day trip. This pill organizer is a great size. It has 7 compartments, large enough to hold a supply of pills/meds for at least a week. I plan to use it to hold everything from cold meds to prescription drugs to vitamins. It is lightweight but seems well made. The plastic separator piece can be removed if you just want one big compartment. The silver part of the container is made of metal and the cover design is finished with some sort of acrylic coating. At first I thought the design was flawed because of the blue swirl in the middle but it appears on the website so it is intentional. I really like it and can't wait to use it on my next trip!

This pill box is rather big, making room for a lot of pills to carry. The outer finish is beautiful, both the pattern and the metal look beautiful.One thing to note is that the separator inside is not bonded to the bottom, so at times there can be a gap in between. Not an issue if you’re using the box for pills. But if you’re thinking to use it for other stuff, such as jewelry, your chains might slide from one compartment to another through these gaps.Very pretty and useful, definitely recommend.

The customization options add some personal flair to this one and make it really unique. Make it your own with all the different design options and the image I chose looks fantastic, very clear and with great definition. Although lacking a day of the week indicator, the interior compartment has several reasonably sized pill compartments (AA battery for scale). And the best part is that you can remove the divider if you would rather use the container to store other items. The interior also boasts a mirror for your needs, which is a nice touch. Good solid weight to this one and the metal finish on the bottom looks really nice.My biggest complaint is that it doesn't securely close. Which is a pretty big deal considering that these are meant for pills. If you squeeze the sides, it pops open, if you flip it over, pops open, and if you shake it side to side, you guessed it, pops open. Modifying the latch doesn't seem to help, which is disappointing. And I noticed a slight blemish on the mirror, a little piece missing. I question the quality control for this one. On the pricier side for what it is as well.

This is a very pretty little pill compartment box, large enough to hold multivitamins or antacids, with a mirror inside to boot!I love the art on the front, and even the back is quite pretty - a frosted mirror type of metal. I also like how you can remove the compartmentalizing divider inside the pill box - so if you really only want to hold one thing, it's easy enough to pull it out and do so.The only minor complaint I have with this is that it's a little bit more difficult than it has to be to open it - it's just pull to open, but the tabs you grasp to pull are small for larger hands. Not impossible, but it could be easier.Other than that, I'm satisfied with this. It's small enough to fit into a bag or purse, but large enough to use for larger pills.

Quite large. The size of my palm about. larger than a typical makeup compact. Bigger than my typical purse pill box, but not as much capacity as a weekly pill box,The mirror is kind of nice, but also not really relevant to pills.The box has sort of a snap to shut, but isn't air tight or water tight in any way.It is cute though and doesn't look like a medicine case, just like a cute thing you could discretely have in your purse.
