Very messy to use
The price is low, and it does rinse the nasal passages more thoroughly than a spray-- but lacks the pressure, even with the "adult" cap on it, to rinse very thoroughly. Mostly, it just loosens the mucus, and after use-- if you blow your nose several times, you can get a thorough cleaning accomplished.Furthermore, it is very messy to use. Even when the user leans way over the sink, it dripples down your chin, and splashes on the front of your clothing.... keep a hand towel withing reach.
