It claims to be sugarfree but i dont think so.. going by the taste . Also u have to add a really very good amount of powder to make it taste like a normal ice tea .

They might claim it to be sugar free but it still has a very high blood sugar increase associated with it. Not healthy at all as advertised. I am very disappointed.
