Item received in good condition. Packing was very good. Delivered in intact condition. Installation was very easy. Only the thing which I was not overwhelmed with was the quantity of water flow in the fountain. Only half of the water flow was covering the entire water wall. If it could have been improved the product would have been fabulous.

I was looking for a fountain that wasn't noisy and this one is perfect. The build quality is solid and I am planning to buy another one for my entrance.

There was no installation guide provided nor there is no seller contact available to reach out for help. The inner water pipe is stuck and also the motor pump and water pump doesn’t fit together. The fountain is not working as it is intend to. The look of the fountain is stunning but zero functionality.

The quality of fountain is fantastic. It was simple to assemble right of the box. Led lights adds warm and peaceful glow. Five stars for packing.

Quite expensive but ok

Firstly the product is awesome as shown in the video. A unique item which everyone would admire. Secondly the intsallation was a bit tough as the water pipe igot stuck insede. It was very diffcitult to get it out even after tapping it at 70 degree titlt,.Finally with the help of tools I could get it. My suggection is the water pipe could be left outside but sticked properly some where to avaid the difficulty in intsallation.
