We love our burgers in our family, so getting this burger press was a no-brainer, and it’s quickly become a kitchen essential. It’s solid and well-made, producing 11cm-wide homemade patties that are always consistent in shape and size. The adjustable screw lets us customise the thickness, which is perfect because I love thick, juicy burgers, while my wife prefers thinner patties - it keeps everyone happy! The press also comes with 100 square wax papers, which are fantastic for preventing the patties from sticking to each other. And I know everything that goes into my home made burgers.This burger press is supplied with 100 square wax papers to stop the burgers from sticking together when made and are handy if I want to bulk buy ingredients and make extras to freeze without them sticking together.I like that there is a wing nut to adjust the thickness of the burgers. Opening up the wing nut higher than needed and then pressing down on the spring loaded plunger makes perfect burgers. The made burgers are approx. 110mm in diameter and can be a maximum of approx. 35mm.This is a nice burger press that I’ve been using a for little while now and I’m pleased the results I’ve been getting.
