This stuff is amazing!!! Ive tried so many enzymes. I can eat like a normal person now!! They are too expensive though.

So happy to find these! In midst of FODMAP challenging and realizing what doesn’t work and what does for my body (after many years). These are so helpful when I eat out and don’t know exactly what is in a dish. They allow me to expand my food when cooking for my family to cheat a little. I use them two or three times a week and am so happy to find them.

These pills are great if you are on a low FODMAP diet. Unfortunately I have had an allergic reaction to them and can do longer take them.

I have a histamine intolerance. I have had 10+ pounds of fluid on my body and severe bloating for years now. I’ve been using this a month now and my bloating is almost non-existent! My fluid levels are down and my feet look like my feet again! Weird thing to say, but fluid retention makes my feet look like little water balloons lol

This supplement works better than what I have already tried for me.
