how do I add it to a belt?

Most belts...leather ones anyway have the ability to change out the buckle. At the buckle e d of the belt there's usually two snap buttons u can undo. Take the old buckle off if there is one and add ur new buckle. This buckle with the skull and red cross only lasted a week or so. The little piece of metal that goes into the belt hole broke....its now useless.
