We ordered the same item from a different vendor years ago. That vendor did an awesome job and worked with us on picture placement as well as supplying a proof for approval. With these guys I couldn't even figure out how to get my picture to them. When the bag finally arrived we were very disappointed that they made our picture very large on bag. The stitching on the bag runs through both faces in the picture. It looks horrible. Sadly, it was a gift that wasn't liked. This could have been avoid if they simply supplied a proof for approval.

There was a problem with the original picture I sent and the customer service was great about working with me and making sure that I got what I wanted. My daughter loves it and uses it every day.

Really really cute and well made. Be careful of photo you use, have design at bottom. I sent a picture of a little girl and unfortunately the stitching goes over her face.

I bought two of these for my kids for lunch bags this year, and we love them. We put pictures of our puppy on them, and my husband was jealous that I didn’t get one for him! They are really usable – you can rinse them out if something spills, and they stretch to accommodate different sized compartments. I’m really happy with them.

Wanted something snazzy so I got the carpet pattern from the movie The Shining and it is made quite well! Soft yet very durable. The pattern is printed symmetrically which is nice. And I got it weeks earlier than expected. :)

Takes time but worth it. They make sure your happy with the product.
