My son really likes the flavor so give us the opportunity to try it. About how effective is it, is still a question mark, however we have noticed that he is able to self regulate better when he takes it than when he doesn’t. (We kept a log of behaviors at school and at home).We combine Relax-a-Saurus with a “smarty pant “ vitamin that includes Vitamin D, Omega 3 and some other natural ingredients.Beside that we are working with positive parenting techniques to support him with his anxiety and emotions. I give these to my 4 year old and my 12 year old. They have a good grape flavor that both of them like. My youngest takes them for adhd it calms him down. My oldest takes them for nerves before basketball games. I highly recommend.

I didn't know how to rate the swallow rating as she chews these. But she on some days will take two and she is aware when her body feels hyper and goes and takes a dino on her own. She took one before her big dance concert and her focus was awesome. She usually takes one a bit before bed. I like that getting them here is more affordable than through doctors office and we can avoid the germs by having them delivered!
