Despite getting the largest size, the top of this was too tight and kept rolling down to my kneecap thereby putting pressure on the very place I was trying to get pain relief. I would say that if you have larger legs, the large size may not fit comfortably. I can't comment on smaller sizes. The quality is very good though so I do recommend the product but as it doesn't fit properly or comfortably, I cannot give it 5 stars.

This knee brace is great for the gym, Its flexible enough to use the machines, But not too tight that it stops me from working out. It has enough give and space to move around with light support to hold the knee joint in position. I would use this for days when i need to be more active, But with that control in place to stop knee pain.
