I was happy to find lysine caplets with only 2 ingredients - lysine in a vegetarian capsule (a list of capsule ingredients would've been appreciated). It is easy to swallow, and doesn't upset my stomach.

This is a good brand
I am never without Lysine. it is an essential amino acid that we get through diet or supplementation. I take at least 2 a day to keep it in my system. Lysine works against the occasional cold sore on the lip so I take a couple more for a few days if I feel one coming on. Lysine is good for other things also. I like that it's free of any additives.
