Bought this carseat to be used with the Mom Push meteor stroller. The cutest with the brown leather detail. I will say the cover is not the sturdiest material but for what its used for I dont have expectations for the adjustable shade cover. It has seatbelt option which is perfect for emergencies when you dont have a base available. Lightweight.

I would give this zero stars if I could. There is no loop to hold the fabric part of the seat onto the frame and almost immediately came off. It falls over baby’s head and exposes the styrofoam base. I suppose it’s pressure fit but there is no way you can get it back in. I’m not sure how you would wash this. We’ve bought other maxi cosi infant seats with our other kids and the design they changed to is awful. The canopy doesn’t stay on either. I can’t even believe this is on the market with how unsafe it seems. Really disappointed in this company for putting parents through the stress of this seat.

Works great for us. Haven’t had any issues and have been using it daily for months.

Returning before I even used it, the base is not as secure as it should be it moves all over and you can lift it up in the front VERY easily. Looks cute but safety wise definitely not the best.

The media could not be loaded. I loved this seat at first it was compatible with my stroller and I was so happy it’s the thing I splurged on for my baby/ me. Well my baby is finally here and I have been using this seat for a month and the foam on the seat is snapped! I can’t even imagine what would have happened if we were in a wreck. $200 down the drain.

Pretty good car seat but the sun shield is kinda cheap mine is already broke in the side after 2 months but everything else about it is great, and it’s nice to have a sun shield

Pros- this car seat is aesthetically pleasing. It looks fancy with the brown leather handle, beige on black. It is light weight. It pairs good with my Joovy qool stroller.Cons-1. The inside of the car seat is just a thick styrofoam layer inside a thin plastic shell. I’m not sure how this car seat could possibly protect a baby in the event of a crash.2. The belts seem to tighten themselves and need to be readjusted nearly every time I put my baby in the car seat. The bottom belt that you pull to tighten the shoulder straps is extremely long and looks odd.3. The MOST ANNOYING FEATURE the cover of this car seat just kind gets pushed down into the shell to “stay on”. There are no small strap with the little metal notches or ANYTHING to make this cover stay in place. The only part that has this thinner plastic material that slides into an open space is the part next to where the sun visor attaches in. The seat cover is constantly coming undone. The amount of excess cover to tuck in is non existent so it will continue to pop right back off. For this one reason alone, I would never buy this car seat again.4. Detaching it from the base you need to use both hands and pull the lever pretty good to get it to let go.5. The base only has one setting and no level to indicate if it is sitting properly or not. Even if it is not even you cannot adjust the base to any other height.6. The base does not get a tight install where it does not move.I would not buy this car seat again. I wish I would have just paid the extra and bought a better quality car seat with the same appealing look. My baby is 9 months now, and I waited to write my review so I had used it almost a year. I can’t wait until she outgrows it so I can purchase something different.

I want to start by saying the Maxi Cosi sent me a replacement and has great customer service. Unfortunately the car seat cover just 2 months in decided to never fit on correctly again. It became a safety issue when the cover would pop off and I had to pull over and attempt to fix it but you cannot. The new one has worked well so far.
