I work at the beach in Hawaii and i need a lot of energy and i was feeling very tired so i start to take the ginseng and now I'm feeling much better with more energy , all good , i add also black maca powder and it's a awesome combo together, I'm still tired but with much more resistance and after work i can surf and have a normal life ( i surfed around 6 hours a few days ago on my day off, before i just want rest :)
