Ingredients ----------- SINGAPORE CURRY PASTE (heat sterilised): vegetable oil (palm olein), water, shallot, curry powder (coriander, chilli, salt, fennel seed, dhal, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, star anise, clove, cardamom), galangal, salt, candlenut, dried chilli, lemon grass, garlic, turmeric, ginger, sugar, spices, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt). SINGAPORE CURRY PREMIX (dehydrated): coconut milk powder (coconut milk solids, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate (milk)), sugar, salt, yeast extract. Lower heat, cover pot and simmer for 10 mins on medium heat. 3. In a separate , stir Singapore Curry Premix into 260 ml water. Mix well and add to pot. Simmer for 7 mins on low heat. Do not cover the pot. Stir occasionally and ensure that the gravy does not boil. Serve Singapore Curry hot with rice or crusty bread.
