I love this little device. I have had a stiff neck on and off for several months, and the relief this device provides is AMAZING! It is an excellent value for the money, and like all Viconor products, extremely well-made and easy to use. Do not let the reviews that complain about having to plug it in discourage you. The plug-in and connection cord are long, so that should not be a problem if you want to wear this while reading or watching TV. I have used it only once on my chin, so not sure yet if that will work, but I bought it for my sore neck, so I'm happy.

I got this little Red-Light 'belt', and was surprised at how small it was. I expected the area with the lights to be wider, but for such a low cost, who's complaining. 😊 I got this mostly for my 'turkey wobbler' neck. Let me tell you that after using this once a day for a week, my neck is VISIBLY better. I am absolutely shocked at the rapid improvement. 🩷 I continue to use it, also on other areas of my body. You have to plug it in, but that's ok. You can take off the side straps and just lay it on. I am SO happy with it. I absolutely highly recommend giving it serious consideration. 🌷

Just received and started using so not sure if the products results. The device is NOT rechargeable. It has to be plugged in to a power source to use. Not sure what everyone is talking about when they say charging port. Buying a USB portable charging block will make this mobile. Bought for the under chin area. Perfect size for that. Smells like chemicals, hope that goes away. The therapy light area is very stiff but tolerable. The straps are detachable so adjusting the size is very easy. For the price, the cons are acceptable.

Charged it all day and it never worked. Tried to get a refund, can't return. Don't waist you money on it, also bought the table lamps that the remote doesn't work. They also turn on and off by themselves. Opened the box for the larger light and it was missing parts and no instructions.

I’ve had mine since October 2024 and I find that it helps me with my back pain and hip pain. I’m currently on my weight loss journey and because I work long hours sitting at a desk chair, I’ve been struggling with hip and upper back pain because of my weight and bad posture. This has helped me sleep better at night. I usually use it right before bed. It turns off on its own after 20 minutes so you don’t have to worry if you accidentally fall asleep while wearing it. The violet light relaxes me so much. You do have to have it plugged in for it to work since it doesn’t run on a battery. Also, to power it on, you have to press the button down for a few seconds to power it on. When I first opened it, I really thought it didn’t work but after I read the instructions, I figured out how to turn it on lol. Lastly, the cord is over 70 inches long so it’s perfect to plug it in next to your bed or in the living room while watching tv. You can even wear it while working since it doesn’t make any kind of noise while it’s on. I would definitely recommend it.

Still looking to see if this works well hopefully it does… comfortable fit.

All good accept for the strong toxic odor from the fabric. Enough to give you a headache.

Product works great. Great product for the prices. Helps relieve pain in my neck.
