Easy to use. Great price! Seems to be working in only 20 minutes each day.

Considering the cost, I'd say it's alright.
Just received and started using so not sure if the products results. The device is NOT rechargeable. It has to be plugged in to a power source to use. Not sure what everyone is talking about when they say charging port. Buying a USB portable charging block will make this mobile. Bought for the under chin area. Perfect size for that. Smells like chemicals, hope that goes away. The therapy light area is very stiff but tolerable. The straps are detachable so adjusting the size is very easy. For the price, the cons are acceptable.

I did have to return the first one I got, as it didn't work. I did ask for the same item in return and it works great and I am very happy with it.

Buttons didn’t work
The power button didn’t work. It only powered on when connected to the charger.

Charging port is cheap and loose
As far as this being a red light therapy product, it does the job. Using it consistently my tennis elbow felt 80% better. But the dang charging port. I've tried 4 different cords and none like to stay plugged. And I have to position the cord just so for it to turn on. Then I can't move a muscle till the light is off.

Helped with pain.
I had pain in my shoulder for months. I started using this device along with the joint supplements. I don't know which one contributed, but my pain is almost gone.

Another Excellent Product by Viconor!
I love this little device. I have had a stiff neck on and off for several months, and the relief this device provides is AMAZING! It is an excellent value for the money, and like all Viconor products, extremely well-made and easy to use. Do not let the reviews that complain about having to plug it in discourage you. The plug-in and connection cord are long, so that should not be a problem if you want to wear this while reading or watching TV. I have used it only once on my chin, so not sure yet if that will work, but I bought it for my sore neck, so I'm happy.
