I cannot sing the praises of this product enough. It works well. Provides adequate heat, chargers in a short space of time and ergonomically, it fits your body well. You can even use it on your back as well. The vibrations are an added plus to the heat for bad cramps. I love it. Ordered more than one. The colours are lovely.

I've had this for just over a year and it's great! I bought for the mobile heating element for painful periods, but I actually use the vibration way more. I sleep on it every night, keeping it at my lower back. It helps with leg pain and the sound/feeling is very soothing, like putting a baby to sleep. (I still use it for painful period and headaches.) Things I love: -It lasts all night. I've never used it until the battery runs out, so at least 10-12 hours of use in one go. -You can set a timer for it to shut off -It get very hot (in a good way) The only improvements I would make: -The solid vibrate doesn't stay solid if the heating element is also on (it goes in and out). -I wish there was a battery indicator. A light turns green when fully charged, but there's no way to tell how much if not at 100%.

Full disclosure ... I did return this item. I bought two different cordless heating pads to try out and figure out which one I liked best. I thought I would like this one for the vibration, but it turns out I don't like the vibration part. Pros: The color is super cute. The heat/vibration/power buttons work easily, and they are easy to read It heated up pretty quickly. There are multi vibration levels, and they all work great. The inner fabric is soft, and the belt is soft with a thin clasp. Cons: The size. It is a little smaller than I anticipated. (This was not the deal breaker, but I was hoping for something just a tad bigger.) The hard shell. It was not uncomfortable by any means, but I wouldn't want to try sleeping with it on, and it was a little awkward to wear.

This heating pad is perfect for portability and pain relief. Holds a charge for a long time. Elastic belt makes for perfect fit for just about about size person. Features different heat settings and vibrate! Soft padded interior feels great against your skin. No more being tied to the old plug-in heating pads. Move around freely. So comfortable I forget I have it on. Works so well I sent one to my daughter.

Wish it could get warmer but I’m always cold. Appropriately hot though. Fairly quiet like I could go shopping with it on or wear it at work. Quick and easy to turn on and off without looking. Very soft. Covers most of my lower abdomen so provides a good coverage with cramping. The vibrations provide fair counter pressure to my cramps and allow for a decent distraction. Have used it with relief with cramping on my back too! Just twist it around and keep it going. Have been using it for a few months now and love it. Have recommended it to a few people. Love the color too!

This is a must have for any kind of back or period pains. My teenager is very self-conscious and doesn't like any attention brought to her. she loves this is thin enough to hide under her shirt. The heat is on point and the vibration works great, it's just a little loud. The only down fall is the power doesn't have a long life span but it's long enough to be used when needed, just charge it right after use.

I waited a month (until my next cycle) to post a review. I must say this is the best investment I ever could’ve gotten for my horrible menstrual cycles. I used to buy the disposable heating pads & they worked good but was super expensive. This gets so warm I only keep it on the 2nd heat setting. The vibrations I was afraid would make it worse but it actually helps too. I have HORRIBLE cramps & it’s an amazing product. Worth every penny. It has a few different timer settings to shut itself off. It’s so easy to use & relieves the pain, not completely but enough that I’m able to function a little more than usual. Must have. Also, side note on the size, I’m a big girl, wear size 20-22 in jeans & I searched for an XL one of these & this fits me so well. Refer to pics. MUST BUY! Only gave it 4 stars because I wish the battery life lasted longer, I wanna have it on 24/7 but it doesn’t work like that lol otherwise it’s amazing!!!

Bought “instant heat” pads for 15 yr old daughter. She sufffers from adhd, as most kids do these days, so forever losing, forgetting to reorder, forgetting to use when she has them. Swore blind they were a miracle cure for her period pains. Fast forward 3 months - “why don’t you use these again, why haven’t you asked me to buy again etc. etc” Thought I’d check on an “everlasting solution”. Found this. Not one to review unless a damn good reason. This is one of those. It claims it doesn’t work for everyon, and other reviewers confirm that. It seems for the vast majority it does. It begs the question (for me at least as a concerned father and once husband) how on earth these devices (and the short term single use pads) aren’t used as a default by almost all women round the world. For my daughter, the single use pads and now this “never run out, always on” COMPLETELY eliminates her period pains / literally within a minute or so of applying. Last night, second using, she fell asleep with it still going, something that would have normally taken hours to achieve with all the associated pain - to the extent she woke up the next am 100% refreshed, but found the device had run out of charge - of course it had. She’d almost mediates cellar asleep, pain free. A first for all the years since she started menstruating. I just cannot believe there are so many (ie almost all) women around the world that put up ( and the rest of the family too) with the monthly cycle of misery whether is a £16 solution that will remove that pain FOR LIFE! I know it’s a sample of one in my case. But she would NEVER admit to something like this working for her unless it was a more than 100% “cure”. I say again - why on earth are there so many women out there who allow their and others lives to be a misery 4 days every month for 30 years or more when ther is this blindingly simple and brilliant solution? No - apparently won’t work for everyone- but look at other reviews. Appears to be around 85% successful. Do yourself or someone you care about a favour. And if it doesn’t work, return it - what have you got to lose?! Love!! Fits under my clothes and comfy to wear! Charge lasts a while maybe round 4-5 hours on the lowest heat setting. The vibration setting is a bit weird and noisy, you would definitely get a couple of looks out in public but overall a great product
