Good quality for price. Works great.

The packaging was great. The instructions were straight forward. The pictures could be a little bigger, but overall I was able to follow the instructions. I tried it out and I could definitely feel the tension even when I was just walking around. After doing a few of the exercises, I could feel the burn in my legs and I was already winded because of the effort needed to jump. This feels like a great alternative to the more expensive jump trainers.

This is a great resistance band set for anyone trying to build lower body explosiveness. It fits well, is easy to put on, and adds that extra challenge needed for plyometric workouts. 5 stars for effectiveness and quality!

I’ve been into Martial Arts for over 35 years and use to compete heavily in Olympic Tae Kwon Do. After a 20 year break from Tae Kwon Do training and competing, I’ve decided to start competing again. With my first fights coming up soon, I needed every edge I could get with propelling my training back to high performance level. I’ve never used any type of body worn equipment as training aides, but decided to give these power bands a try, and after researching the various options available on the market, I ordered a set from INNSTAR. They arrived in the mail 2 days ago. I’ve only tried them out twice so far, first time at home to see how they are and the second time in my Tae Kwon Do training session with my coach yesterday (which is the attached video). My thoughts so far: On the negative: 1. While putting the set on at home to try it out, the plastic clip that the foot strap weaves through on one of the ankle braces snapped off. While putting the set on at my training session the next day, the same plastic clip on the other brace snapped off. These clips need to be metal not plastic. 2. The foot straps tend to slip off the foot during training. Maybe the foot strap should be designed as more of a foot harness/sock. On the positive: These things are AWESOME! One of the best workouts I’ve ever had. In one hour and half long session I can feel and see my speed and strength increasing. This product is a great way to quickly develop various attributes for all athletic activities including speed, strength, balance, agility, muscular and cardiovascular conditioning. This resistance band works! When you start working out, you immediately start to feel the burn. If you are starting out, I would buy the lighter band to begin with as to avoid overstraining your leg muscles. I work out 3-4 times a week, play soccer and I pulled my quad working out because I didn't warm up properly as I bought the heavier resistance band, that's why I would recommend buying the lighter band and building up. Aside from that, this works and I feel stronger on the field. It is worth the money and the velcro strap allows you to adjust to your hip size. I would highly recommend this.

This could be a great product if you’re willing to put in the time to get it set up and adjusted correctly. There are a lot of straps and Velcro sections, so it takes some patience to figure everything out and get the fit just right. Once adjusted, it seems to work as intended, but it’s definitely not a simple “out of the box and go” product. If you don’t mind a little setup time, it may be worth it.

These are some solid construction training bands! I'm not into the MMA scene but I will encourage anyone to buy these resistance bands to get in a good workout. The only caveat seems to be the lack of a set-up manual; I ended up setting it up myself through the pictures Innstar posts on its Amazon item page. I can see this training equipment complementing a boxing set-up. If you're just starting out, I recommend getting either the blue or green set as the yellow set I purchased can withstand some serious tension.

the only other equally effective full-body workout I can think of is swimming, or the classic versa climber. i train boxing, do shadow boxing with heavy gloves, etc.....this thing is ridiculous. even if you don't use boxing techniques, just move around lol. play with it, freestyle....use different movements. i joked with my friends that i would just wear it around town. great stuff. highly recommend. and the equipment is high quality. worth the money. i read a review that said it's uncomfortable, or awkward to use....i can't disagree more. they may not be using it properly, or wearing it correctly. love this thing.

Comfortable to wear

I ordered the set. And after 3x of using the upper limb resistance bands (camo-yellow) it broke.
