Ok, guys, this stuff is pretty good for energy. I purchased it for it's cleaning and weight loss effects. I had no clue that it could be used as weight loss supplement before. I also got it to help my liver enzymes AND overall health. I took it JUST to see what it would do and I could not sleep ALL night. Energy! Clean, no jittery energy. I'll update BUT I recommend this...Update! I sleep soundly now. Also, I take a 1/2 tsp per day, BUT, I don't think it is necessary because this product lasts in my body for at least 2 days. It's exploding with clean energy. By the way, it sits on top of the liquid.. You have to shake it or use it in a smoothie. It's basically tasteless and a beautiful copper color.Update information..Hey, guys..my main reason for buying bee pollen was because I had NEVER heard of bee pollen being used as a meal replacement. I've been using this product for about 3 weeks or so, and I can tell you that it DOES cut the sugar cravings and appetite. However, I'm going to challenge myself and use it as a meal replacement for 10 days or more and I will update on the progress. I promise you guys that I will stick to it because usually, when I write a review, the product does what it says, BUT, I'm off to the next shiny New product. I'm excited about THIS particular product. By the way, I don't really taste anything..it's a little sweet and grainy. It also sits around your glass as pollen would..I'll update in a month. I'll keep daily records. Otherwise, I recommend this...

I brought this because of the health benefits and they are worth it.

This product and my stomach didn’t like each other. I put about 1/2 teaspoon in my morning smoothie.I’m not at all saying the product isn’t good.It’s just that my body didn’t like it. Heartburn.I stopped taking it after three days, and the heartburn stopped.

I put on tablespoon into a body supplement drink, tasted like a sneeze, smelled like pollen. It made my lymph nodes in my neck swell, and gave me strep throat. Maybe use in smaller quantities.

Tastes amazing, blends perfectly into my protein shake.
