The tablets are tiny and easy to swallow, which is a big plus for daily use. I’ve been taking them regularly, and while it’s hard to tell exactly how “strong” vitamin D and K supplements are without blood tests, they seem decent quality. No side effects, no odd taste, and the year’s supply make it an excellent value for money. If you’re consistent, this should cover your daily needs well.

Massive supply for an amazing price, you can't beat it

I have been taking 1 tablet each morning for 9 months, and a blood test has shown that my Vit D levels are coming back to where they should be! I will be reordering and continuing with these! Great quality, small and easy to swallow tablets and haven't experienced any side effects. Great product

I purchased these at £5 on offer so purchased 2 bottles. Bouns is these contain k2 helps with calcium where d3 alone doesn't, the dose is the recommended nhs dosage as the nhs website. The bottle is so small can be carried any place, pill's also tiny and easy to swallow. Facts they work as at the start i used U-Test Vitamin D Deficiency Self Test and my d3 level was low, 6mths on abd volia same test and d3 is now sufficient, so not placebo but a self bloods d3 test kit that can be found cheap in home bargains. These prove they work so are worth the " normal " price, plus 1yr bottle where some sell 1 just d3 without k2 2 or they sell both with 180 capsules but you need 2 aday at more expensive price. Moral more expensive can be a false allusion and sales tactic. These are good and now my go to.
