Sidearm doesn’t grip the ball properly when you use it to release the ball it just comes out way too early, with no pace, I would say if your using it to throw a dog ball it’s fine but do not buy for cricket

Defective item
The product was defective(you can see the white colored deformation in the pic). Bottom right holder is too tight and doesn't release the ball as expected. You have to put more pressure to release it which is not expected of it. Destroys the purpose of saving your arm from injury from throwing.Would prefer a replacement.
