This charger seems to do the job just fine. It provides a good charge, much better than the last one I had. The only issue I have is sometimes it won't detect a battery initially and I have to re-seat it a few times.

I wanted an AA/AAA battery charger that actually keeps batteries charged and this fits the bill. Once the batteries are fully charged, it switches to trickle charging mode. One thing not evident in the picture - this has a bright green backlight. The backlight is off when the unit either has no batteries installed or when all batteries are in trickle charge mode, so it's only on when it's charging. I'm also happy that they designed this to use a real power cable. Too many competitors use easy-to-break micro USB ports or worse, they're the kind that have to be plugged directly into the wall and block other outlets. This thing doesn't take up a lot of space and that's perfect for me. I'd buy it again.

Arrived quickly, good packaging, individual battery charging, nice backlit display of each battery charging. For me, it was the `best bang for the buck` in this type of product. I recommend this charger.

Charges batteries only to 3/4 capacity. Tried different new batteries and the same result.

If you use Lithium Ion or NiCad (1.2Volt) type rechargeable batteries, then this is probably exactly what you're looking for. It can charge up to four AA or AAA size Li Ion batteries or just one at a time. It has gauges for each slot, and displays the state of charge on each battery. Furthermore, it has anti-overcharge circuitry, so you don't have to worry if you leave them in the charger too long. IT also powers itself down when not charging. Great for the price. A very well thought out charger.

I like how it lights up to determine if a battery is good or not and flashes as it’s charging to let you know when it’s fully charged. It also lets you know if a battery is damaged before you start charging them! I love how small and compact the charger is. This is the best charger I’ve had so far. You can charge AAA and AA batteries. I also like the power cord that attaches to it rather than plug whole unit into outlet plug.I would recommend this charger
