Great value for money

Total Rubbish!
Cheaply made and not designed properly, it's hard to clean the floor unless you are 2 feet tall as the handle must be at an angle close to the floor so that the mop shroud doesn't hamper and stop the mop from cleaning the floor. The worst thing that is very aggravating is that after using the mop and bucket and when picking the bucket up with the handle it then tips over and empties the contents onto the floor because the handle is not balanced with the bucket with water in it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Fortunately, the water with chemicals tipped onto a lino floor and not onto a carpet otherwise there would be a claim made.

Flimsy
Contacted seller who offered to send a replacement part but as yet nothing received. Will update the review if I receive the part.. today I not only received the part I asked for but the whole mop and bucket, very happy with this seller and service they provide.

Mop and bucket that is so easy to use
This is the second mop and bucket I have purchased. A relative bought me one which I found so much easier to use rather than a squeezy type mop. I then bought my daughter and a friend the same type of spin mop and they love them. So efficient.

Mop pretty useless using mop with bucket
The mop does spin but it doesn’t drain off the water leaving it soaking wet. The handle goes down while mopping the floor

Wouldn’t buy again
It’s ok… the plastic scrapes along the floor, the bucket tilts to one side when picked up so water goes everywhere.The spin isn’t great as it does not drain the mop properly, I wouldn’t say my floors were ‘clean’ after using though

Not a great item
Mop arrived quick enough and that’s the best thing I can say about the purchase.Mop doesn’t spin properly so my floors were soaking. Am I doing it wrong? I don’t know because no instructions came with it.The head scratches along the floor.If you have it fully extended and put pressure on the mop it starts to get shorter again.360 head? Erm, no it’s not.So far, an awful purchase. If I can figure out how to use it properly I’ll review my review. For now I’m off out to buy another mop.
