Not sure about what to say about a longer commercial power cord, but this one is of good quality, heavy duty and does the job it was designed to do without any problems. Eliminates the need for an extension cords and is less of a fire hazard! I would recommend this cable for longer reaches vs using an extension cord!

I got tired of short cables for my powered PA speakers so I purchased 2 of these 15' 14AWG Power Cords. I needed something more heavy duty as the amplifiers in the speakers pull more wattage than standard PC/Monitor type uses. These gave me the length I needed and are rated to handle 15A loads. Overall good quality and are working well.

I needed some short cords to plug rackmount items in without fighting with extra cords. These seem to work great. I've not had a single issue and it prevents a lot of the mess that longer cords create.

For the price, these cable can not be beat. They're heavy gauge and both ends fit well and the cable overall feels heavy duty and seem well made compared to others we have in the same awg. These are being used for high wattage audio amps and have no complaints. These are not light duty versions as you can tell when you get bag of cables it's heavy.

Best cable that I have used so far. Never gets warm or hot after extended use.
