Good option to take your routine to the next level
I recently decided to restart y fitness routine and it had been a while since I bought a new set of resistance band but have never tried fabric resistance bands. True to the description, these are heavy duty so I think for a beginner or some rebooting their fitness routine like myself, it might be a good idea to start with a lighter resistant band set until you get your form down in order to avoid injury. But for current exercisers that are ready to take things to the next level these bands are a good option. I like that it comes with instructions but I will also check out the selection of resistance band videos on YouTube for the variety of fitness levels

Well made, not for the latex allergic
These bands are well made, with reinforced joins to make a loop. The set includes a nice mesh travel bag. The non-slip stripes inside the bands are clearly silicone.The first time I tried to use these I had a severe respiratory reaction, and got a skin rash. I'm allergic to latex, and these clearly have that in spades.Raw (non-vulcanized) latex rubber breaks down over time and use (think about a dried out rubberband), and is not a sign of a quality manufacture. Which is a shame, because otherwise these bands are really nice.

Comfortable to use, convenient bag
These are nice bands. It's clear what the different strengths are, and they're more comfortable to use than those thin rubber ones that bunch up and dig in!The little bag they come in is convenient for storing them. You could travel with them easily, and they store more compactly than the long, gangly, rubbery ones.

The medium is strong enough for me. The light is fairly loose. I’m really happy with my purchase. The fabric is strong and does not get twisted while using it.
