Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have been on a journey to be more mindful of draining my lymphatic system since I have turned 45. I have been following TikTok videos on how to do it yourself with your hands and then I came across a video where someone was using these to help with drainage. The first night of me using this I could tell right off the bat that something was happening and it was happening more effective than me just using my hands. I followed a TikTok video of the lady who was using these to drain her lymphatic system and I have been doing it ever since I can tell a difference in the inflammation in my body and it also feels like my joints feel a lot better. If you do not want to use your hands and you want to get a really deep penetrating drainage, these instruments are vital to your journey. They are made super well. They are sturdy and most of all they’re beautiful and effective. I feel like I will have these for a very long time. This is a wonderful investment.

This is a great product for self massage or to use on somebody else. Regular use of these mallets on the body can assist with lymphatic drainage or relax tense muscles. These are well-made, not heavy, with a slightly herbal scent in the head of the mallet. They’re also very pretty.

Great . The weight is good they are lightly herbal fragranced which is nice . The quality is good and they are constructed nice and sturdy . I only wish the handle was a bit longer

These were a good choice. They are lo g enough to reach down my back my self, and the heads have a firm but not hard feel. The smell of the herbs is faint, but there. Smells like a forest.

I loved the aesthetic of these hammers. What I didn't expect is the strong smells. I have allergies and they bothered me. I hope I can use them, because I am looking forward to these hammers helping my lymphatic system drainage. Packaged well and delivery was fine. I am suggesting that the seller write in the description about the strong spicy smell. UPDATE: The smells have subsided and have used these hammers several times and they really take away the pain in my body. I have osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia. I love these hammers and those of you who have pain should try them. What have you got to lose?
