Very good quality belt and velcro. It is for those who have some kind of neck or back pain or Spondylitis . My wife is using it since last 3-4 days and she got relief in neck pain with this. This belt is very compact in size , you can wear it around the home/office/market anywhere..

Good quality material used. As I used only 2 or 3 times I don't know whether it works or not.

It makes your hands numb after a while
It does correct the posture but after a while the hands feel numb due to lack of proper blood flow and even before the numbness , can't work properly due to constant pressure in underarms.
