I’ve been using this software for a little over two years now and it is amazing. Yes it is a little bit expensive but it always goes on sale so I would say wait for a sale but even if you don’t, the value for this is amazing you get so many settings and it works so wonderfully. I’ve never had any issues with this software besides when playing Call of Duty® sometimes and having a Blu-ray in the drive while it’s playing will make the movie or TV show stutter and I’ll have to restart the Blu-ray other than that. My two years with a software has been amazing and I would recommend this to anybody getting into watching movies on your computer.

I love, love, love this software. It does everything advertised and then some. With the constant changes and new file format additions, you do need to upgrade your video software from time to time. This is the best upgrade on the market today. I love it!

Ive used this program for many years and it always works well. Playback quality is excellent with many enhancement options. I even started using the YouTube section and like it. If you’re looking for a good dvd program with a lot of options get this.

Hello, I purchased this software believing that I would be able to play blu-ray discs on my laptop, my mistake. But I was not aware that I needed to buy a separate player for blu-ray. Now my Blu Ray discs play without issue. Just an FYI, if you buy this product, you have to have an external drive that is able to play Blu-Ray discs. The DVD drives on regular laptops will not work.

i bought this in may 2024, didn't install it untill feb. 2025 and started getting notices that it's outdated, no updates and some features don't work.

You guys go ahead and stream whatever you want. Let me live out my life with my CDs and DVDs, OK? But I noticed few DVDs are being produced so I finally got a Blu-Ray player. In the past nobody would ever sell a player without the software, it was unheard of. You'd get some basic Roxio thing with it. But I didn't. So I fooled around with VLC but it was a huge pain in the butt with Blu-ray. I don't care enough anymore to fool around with codecs. I remembered CyberLink from back in the day when I had WindowsXP and I loved it so much, I kept a copy of it for years. I'm sure it's still in storage somewhere. But I'm pretty sure it doesn't play Blu-Ray. So I got this and it works perfectly fine. I have two problems with it though. 1. Why do you want my email for bug fix updates? That's pointless. The answer's no. 2. It seems to think I want to stream things, rip thing to its "cloud" storage and other chachkas that I will never use. 3. Earlier versions had a better implementation of the on screen "remote control" UI. The one they have now is hidden, ugly and doesn't work well, not even on DVDs. I expect there to be a bit of a problem on Blu-ray menu use, but I'm floored that any software you PAY FOR would have a bad implementation of the remote for DVD playback. You had this figured out in the aughts (2000s), what's your problem, CyberLink? I want a barebones option that's just a disk player, CD, DVD, BluRay. If you want to be fancy, give me an OFFLINE Karayoke for the CDs. But the on screen remote implementation has to work. The one who dies with the most disks wins. And it looks like that will be me. There are some beautiful movies to watch on BluRay, Interview with the Vampire (Tom Cruise) for instance. And on full enhance, it looks amazing.

I paid $63.59 for this program. It did not work so i asked for a refund. Amazon sent me what i needed to ship it back. so i retruned the product for a refund. what i got was a refund 0f $3.60 so they charged me a $59.00 restocking fee. so i am more than upset. this was a total rep off. the program did not work but i did not get a refund. the refund was a lie. i am disapointed in Amazon and CyberLink. this was good way for them to make money off of their customers who trust them to do what's right.

It is a dream come true! With 2 USB drives (one blu-ray) the software offers a mouse based user interface and keyboard support (cursor keys and “enter”). In pause mode it allows the screen saver to take effect. I tried both DVDs and BDs, excellent sound and image. It remembers where you left off. It even played a DVD for region 2 (USA is in region 1), but it did put up a warning saying that it could not do it more than 4 times
