Nice luggage, Overpriced, Poor Warranty
Good luggage, however…. Overpriced so buy something else. Owned multiple Eagle Creek luggage bags. As a road warrior you pay extra for durability and warranty. Two times I’ve tried the Eagle Creek warranty program with poor results. Once I finally got halfway repair that lasted a few months. Second time I couldn’t find receipt for proof purchase even though they had documentation of ownership and repairs, refused repair or replacement.
