Good tea
Good loose tea (not in tea bags). I was looking for exactly this one because it's much better for the therapeutic effect. The taste is slightly bitter.

Loose leaf milk thistle tea, not in teabags
Keep in mind that the item description is incorrect - the tea I received was loose leaf and not in individual tea bags. I ordered this due to the benefits that milk thistle claim to have on your liver. However, milk thistle tea is not for me. To be honest, I did not know what milk thistle tastes like and I was expecting a herbal or earthy tea flavor. The actual flavor of the tea is very bitter and almost medicinal, in my opinion. I could not finish my cup of tea. It also takes some time to steep - around 10-15 minutes, per instructions on the box. If I were to continue taking milk thistle, I would probably choose it in supplement/pill form over the tea due to the unpleasant flavor.

Not my cup of tea
First, this is loose tea. It doesn’t come in teabags. The Amazon description said it was in teabags. Second, and this isn’t any reflection on the quality of the product, I don’t like the taste. It’s quite bitter. I’ve never tried milk thistle so it’s good that now I know that I should stick to capsules. And 15 minutes of steeping time is not practical for me. I removed a star for the confusion re loose tea/tea bags. Taste isn’t for me but others may like it.
