I did a lot of research on finding a good priced PC that's future proofed for a good few years. Came across Palicomp on Amazon. It has lots of specs and lots of options. I decided to go for one without an Operating System, with an SSD and 2tb hard drive. PC was delivered on time but when trying to install the OS from USB it didn't seem to work. It transpired the front USBs had no power as when I switched the the USB to the back with the OS it worked perfectly fine.When I then looked at the Memory it only had 8gb instead of 16gb. It did have lots of items to check and support documents which was good. But definitely there was only 8gb of memory.So I contacted Palicomp after sales support, the support was first class, we exchanged e-mails with various details and screenshots of what was in the motherboard and how things were attached. Eventually after checking the memory hadn't come loose and popped out and the USB power was one hole out. We fixed the USB power by moving it one hole along and a new memory slot was sent out.Things do occasionally go wrong but what you want is a company who cares and does offer a brilliant after sales support which is first class. This is what I received and I would definitely buy from again and recommend them. Great company who did go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy, you can't fault that.

I thought about trying to build a PC myself but when I looked into the cost, I couldnt build a PC for less than the price on Amazon!I ordered this from France during the COVID-19 lockdown, I was worried whether and when I would receive it. It took less than 5 working days. Within a day of placing the order the guys from Palicomp called me to check the order details, I took the option for the extra warranty and received an upgrade on the graphics card, faster RAM and 5 games from Steam. The build quality of the PC is great and I would recommend PC's from Palicomp.

Arrived on time and I mean on time said they would be here at 11:17am and they were. The PC itself is amazing and im looking forward to playing many games on it.
