Very easy to use and keeps your burgers and bacon flat on the griddle they function very well for this!! Brilliant quality we have bought 2 they are that good. Great value for money and just heavy enough to work. Does not rust either.

Good quality and heavy but be careful to clean it straight away as it will start to discolour if left.

I ordered this for my partner yesterday and it arrived today with amazon prime. The press was well packaged, with instructions on the back on how to maintain the product (which has a 12 month guarantee). I have read some reviews which mentioned the press had rusted, but hopefully by following the instructions and making sure to oil the weight often using vegetable oil, this wont happen. The handle is sturdy and easy to hold, the entire press itself is compact and able to fit into a kitchen drawer with ease. It weighs almost 1kg, 993g to be precise. So far we've cooked steak using the press, it distributed pressure on the meat evenly, stopped the meat curling up and prevented grease spit, as advertised! I hope this helps. I will endeavor to review this item at a later date when we've had ample use out if it!

Use this every day in my food trailer and its great , good value for money , the weight is just right for keeping the bacon from curling , and does exactly what it should

Excellent quality cast iron press. Good weight whether you are using the weight of the press or pushing down with your own force added. Works excellently with chicken breasts, smash burgers or steaks. Can be a bit difficult to clean due to the pattern of the press (it pretty much destroyed a Scrub Daddy) but with a metal sponge it can be cleaned effectively. Reduces cooking time while ensuring an excellent crust on meat.

Quite good but not as heavy as I thought it would be.

I am genuinely suprised at how often I use this. I bought for burgers but now use it for slow cooking pork belly strips and searing steaks, inside this with an enamel coated cast iron pan in an induction hob. It rusts a bit but cleans easily and I keep it coated with oil so not a concern. Think about where you’re going to store it when not in use since it’s not inherently storage friendly—big, heavy, hot after use and oily.

Carefully selected this one from a whole range of other options. Very pleased with the quality of the finish on the base and handle. Now takes pride of place in my kitchen.

Diese Grillpresse kann verwendet werden, um Steaks, Burger und alle anderen Brat- & Grillstücke fest auf die heiße Platte bzw. den Grill zu drücken. Dadurch wird das Grillgut gleichmäßiger und besser angebraten. Das Gusseisen ist schwer genug und lässt sich mit den Holzgriff gut und ohne Verbrennungen handhaben. Der Holzgriff ist zwar etwas grob gearbeitet, aber das hebt die anderen Vorzüge nicht auf!
