Metal Rotating Bar

A solid piece of equipment and a great deal. I use this and other handles multiple times a week. The design is pretty standard, but I love the rubber grip and the knurling is not bad at all. The swivel loop is solid and rotate smoothly and is easy to use with any cable machine or functional trainer you own. It doesn’t really creek like some do when it swivels so I would say the noise level is pretty good as well. There’s not much to say about how effective it is as it is great for what it’s for, I even use it for close grip, pull downs or rows. I would say that it’s very well built and heavy so if you plan on taking it in your gym bag to use a public gym just account for that weight.

Great for triceps press downs. Very smooth.

Believe the 880lb rating. Total weight of handle is 6lbs. One needs to lubricate the swivel before using, but a nice touch they incorporate a small hole in the swivel for this. Would recommend.

It's cheap, it's workable, but you need to lubricate the rotating collar on the handle through the little hole because otherwise it feels gritty, noisy and terrible. The rubber parts of the handle do feel good, and overall I am somewhere in the middle - I wouldn't send it back, but neither is it a great attachment. If I did it again I'd buy something a little higher quality with a smoother action, but I can't complain too much about the price.

It’s good but rusted inside so when pull down it make unsatisfied noise. It works tho, just be mindful it’s heavier than I think it would be

安価だが作り及び使い心地は良く有りません。 購入したのはストレートバーですが、スイベル部分のガタが大きくグリースも充填されていませんし垂直で無い為に隙間が均一で無く、回転するとゴリゴリした感じが手に伝わってきます。 手持ちのIVANKO製品とは全く別次元の品質だと言わざるを得ません。
