I’ve been really impressed with this CAP Non-Slip Yoga Mat. The material feels durable and provides good cushioning and support during workouts. It also has a nice non-slip surface that helps keep the mat in place while exercising. One of my favorite things about it is how easy it is to roll up, store, and carry. It doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect if you work out at home or want to bring it with you. Overall, it’s a great-quality yoga mat that’s practical, comfortable, and well worth it. I would definitely recommend it.

It's a bit thin, but perfect for my daughter.

This is thin, which is fine for me but others may want more cushioning. The slight issue is that it scratches easily and because it’s thin, this can easily create holes

Great mat. Just enough thickness to be sturdy but soft. Its non slip and sturdy.

The mat is not durable, it's very thin. Would recommend to use on soft surface because it has no support to you foot. It is sticky on the feet when using and keep moving all over the place during exercise. It maybe good for yoga but not for regular exercise.

Good product for the price

loved this mat! used it so much it ripped- but lasted a while and was very comfortable. i used it with a non slip towel and never had any issues with odor

Purchased to use during dog training for a mobile "place" location. It is extremely light and easy to roll up making pick up, travel, and storage extremely easy. It holds its rolled up form great and doesn't require an elastic band to hold it. When unfurling it doesn't try to roll back onto its self after the first few uses. I have used it on a variety of surfaces (gravel, grass, hardwood, concrete) and my dog has not hesitated to lay down on it. He finds it to be quite comfortable and it provides enough of a cushion to protect from any protrusions. It has held up well against dog nails and rougher surfaces. I would recommend this product for dog training and I imagine it would be just as good for it's actual use, Yoga.

Très léger et bon matériel

Fue una muy mala compra, está pésima la calidad, nada la pisas y se deshace la esponja en trozos. Ya pedí la devolución y tampoco la han recogido. Pésimo pésimo.

The mat is thinner than I thought. It's fine for use outside or on a soft surface. I would go thicker though for using on a hard surface.
