Why is there no XXL available in any colour ??

I dont't know why. I ordered from two different suppliers to get the colours I wanted but only one was fulfilled.

i am a 40in chest what size should i buy

I am a 46 and I thought I'd get away with XL but XL was more like a standard Large, I would try Xl first then if it's too big you can exchange it, but I think it will do 40 nicely.
